Records 11 GR is the hub of service documents of JCOs / OR of 11 Gorkha Rifles and is vested with the onerous responsibility of looking after their welfare, career management and post-retirement benefits.  The establishment is located at Lucknow within the premises of 11 Gorkha Rifles Regimental Centre.

            Records 11 GR is an ISO 9001 : 2015 Certified organization, which is fully automated.  The establishment is maintaining a fully functional website which is available on Army Intranet at urlhttps://11grrecords.army.mil and can be accessed by all Units / formations / JCOs / OR.  The website besides having updated service records of the JCOs / OR, details of current postings, promotions, discharge / retirement, Monthly Pay Slips, Form 16 and important policies, is also being by the environment for transmission of soft copies of Part II Orders.

            The establishment is the hub of service documents of JCOs / OR of the Regiment and is utilizing various automated software’s for ensuring optimum efficiency viz ARPAN, SPARSH, CRMS, ASAAN, CPGRAMS & HAMRAZ.

            The establishment is committed to ensure expeditious processing and adjustment of Part II Orders, ensuring effective career management and timely remittance of post-retirement benefits.
