Vocational Training 11 Gorkha Rifles Regimental Centre conducts rehabilitation training for pensioners of the Regiment during their pension drill for one month wherein they are trained for their second career. Accordingly, the rehabilitation training area has been created in the Centre with different types of ventures, the details of which are as under:-

(a) Dairy Farming. The Regimental dairy was est in Nov 2003 to facilitate trg of pensioners and also to provide pure milk as welfare measure to the families residing inside 11 GRRC at subsidized rates.

(b) Fishery. There are 19 ponds of various shapes and sizes, created over a time by 11 GRRC for using Regimental resources. These ponds are also used for rain water harvesting for contributing in maintaining eco-balance.

(c) Herbal Garden. The Herbal Garden was made in the year 2009. The garden was created for imparting training to the pensioners in cultivation of herbs and also to create awareness amongst all about the natural wealth.

(d) Agriculture. Orchards were created in the year 2002 and since then regular additions have been done to increase the number of fruit bearing trees, viz, Amla, Mango, Bel, Jamun and Guava.
